Carbon steel pipe cap is widely used in petroleum, chemical equipment, machinery manufacturing, transportation, power industry and so on.
Our company mainly produces carbon steel pipe caps. According to the manufacturing standards for many years, the thickness of the cap is divided into specifications, and the thickness of the cap is increased by 1mm. The round value of the cap is △1=1, so δn=8mm.
Carbon steel pipe cap manufacturing technical data: Di=4000, δ N =8 head thinning C3=1.5mm, after the thickness of the second round value △2=0.5.
Carbon steel tube cap production formula: δ S =δ N +C1+C3+△2=8+0+1.5+0.5=10mm, and formed small thickness of 8.5mm. If the head forming thickness is not less than the design thickness δ D (the value of δ E should be taken), then the feeding thickness: δ S =δ D (δ E) +C3+△2=8mm, and the small thickness after forming is 6.5mm, which is larger than the effective thickness δ E, larger than the design thickness δ D and the calculated thickness δ D. The above briefly introduces two different feeding methods, so that there is a 2mm difference in the feeding thickness of the pipe cap and a 300kg difference in weight.
