Working principle of tube cap  

Pipe cap is also called plug and head.  A cap is used to close off one end of a pipe and acts as a plug.  Stainless steel pipe cap for: petrochemical, nuclear power, machinery, shipbuilding and pipeline installation.  

 Characteristics of the tube cap:  

 1, health: this product is a green building material, can be used for pure drinking water pipeline system.  

 2. Heat resistance: under the specified long-term continuous working pressure, the water temperature of pipeline transportation can reach 95℃.  

 3, corrosion resistance, no scaling: it can avoid the scaling blockage of the pipeline and the worry of yellow spot rust in the basin and bathtub.  

 4, heat preservation and energy saving: thermal conductivity of metal.  

 Pipe cap, also known as plug, cap, pipe cap, head, installed on the pipe end of the external thread to cover the pipe fitting.  Used to seal the pipe, the function is the same as the pipe plug, but the pipe cap can be directly screwed on the pipe, no other pipe fittings are required.  It is generally used for sampling port at the end of the pipe. After sampling is completed, it is necessary to screw the pipe cap. Secondly, in special circumstances, after screwing off the pipe cap, the wire mouth can be connected to the pipe, and temporary continuous feeding or pumping.  The tube cap is generally used in the case of low pressure, which is easy to disassemble and repair. In the case of high pressure, the tube cap is generally not needed.  The pipe cap includes convex pipe cap, cone shell, reducer section, flat cover and the design of tightening mouth.
