The pipe cap head is the end cover of the pressure vessel  

 The pipe cap (head) is the end cover of the pressure vessel, which is a main bearing part of the pressure vessel.  Its role is to seal.  One is to make the upper and lower bottom of the can-shaped pressure vessel, and the other is that the pipe is at the end and is not ready to extend forward, so a head is used to seal the pipe in the form of welding.  Similar products to the head are blind plates and tube caps, but those are removable.  After the head is welded, it can not be disassembled.  The supporting fittings are pressure vessel, pipe, flange, elbow, tee, tee and other products.  The quality of tube cap is directly related to the long-term reliable operation of pressure vessel.  

Carbon steel pipe cap should be first tested before use, so as to avoid some unnecessary dangers in use. The drawing die should be intact when the pipe cap is used, and the upper die vent should not be blocked. For the thin wall pipe cap factory with tensile S/DN not greater than 2%, the diameter wear of the pull ring should not be greater than 0.02s /DN, and the working face damage should not be greater than 1mm.  The tire film can be installed only after stretching and testing the equipment on the press and confirming that it is in good condition.  The selected pull ring is installed in the clean mold seat, the following support should be evenly distributed and correct, so that the head factory can be successfully shelled and dragged out.  The upper die should be firmly held, the clearance of the upper and lower die should be uniform, and the clearance deviation should not be greater than 1mm.  Before stretching the head factory, check whether the tire mold is loose, offset and other defects, and confirm that it is in good condition before continuing to use.  When there is influence on the quality of the head and unstable factors, should stop using.
