Pipe cap fitting  

Pipe cap, also known as head, plug, cover, pipe cover, head, welded to the pipe end or installed on the pipe end of the external thread to cover the pipe fitting.  Used to seal the pipeline, the function is the same as pipe blocking.  

Type of pipe cap: the form of blind plate is similar, except that the blind plate is removable plug, while the welded pipe cap is not removable.  The pipe cap includes convex pipe cap, cone shell, reducer section, flat cover and the design of tightening mouth.  

Convex pipe cap includes: hemispherical pipe cap, oval pipe cap, disc pipe cap and dome pipe cap.  From the point of view of force, convex pipe cap is gradually bad from the hemispherical pipe cap, but from the point of view of manufacturing difficulty, gradually good manufacturing.
