How to calculate the thickness of tube cap δd=δ + C2=4.73+1=5.73mm

Consider that the thickness of the standard elliptical head δe should not be less than 0.15% of the head diameter Di, and the thickness δe=0.15%Di=6mm

The delta e> δd, C1=0, C2=1, nominal thickness δn=δe+C1+C2=6+0+1=7mm

Considering the thickness of steel standard specification, △1=1 is the secondary design circle value, so δn=8mm.
