Standard head is widely distributed in thermal power, steel, smelting, cement, machinery, coal, mining, chemical, port and other industries.

The inner diameter of the standard head is 1200mm or 1300mm, and the corresponding straight edge height is 25mm. If the inner diameter is < =2000mm, the straight edge height is 25mm. If the inner diameter is > 2000mm, the straight edge height is 40mm.

The head is a part of the container according to the different geometric shape, which can be divided into spherical, oval, dish, spherical crown, cone shell and cap, etc., among which the spherical, oval, dish and spherical crown head are also collectively referred to as convex head. The welding is divided into butt welding head and socket welding head. Used in all kinds of container equipment, such as storage tank, heat exchanger, tower, reactor, boiler and separation equipment. The executive standards include GB/T12459-2005, GB/T13401-2005, DL/T695-1999, D-GD87-0607 and so on. Material has carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and so on.

The head is an indispensable part of pressure vessel equipment in petrochemical industry, atomic energy and food industry.
