Standard tube cap
Standard tube cap is the thickness of the manufacturer according to the requirements of customers, mainly reflected in the thickness requirements of the container and the head after forming, the forming thickness of the convex head and hot drum should not be less than the nominal thickness minus the negative deviation of the steel plate (δn-C1), which may lead to the design and manufacturing of two times on the basis of the design thickness to increase the thickness to ensure the forming thickness. The definition and labeling of this thickness is a popular method in the pressure vessel field, and has its reasonableness. However, there are two problems that need to be solved in the current standards in our country.
The standard cap is usually used for the end of the pipe, and the head is used for the upper and lower (vertical) part of the container equipment or the left and right (horizontal) end of the pipe cap is generally an OD size, 219,273,325, etc. Pipe cap is also called plug, cap, pipe cap, bulkhead, installed on the pipe end of the external thread to cover the pipe fittings. Used to close the pipeline, the function is the same as the pipe plug, but the pipe cap can be directly screwed on the pipe, do not need other pipe fittings. Generally, it is used at the sampling port without the end of the pipe. After the sampling is completed, the pipe cap should be screwed on. Second, in special circumstances, after the cap is screwed off, the pipe can be connected to the wire port for temporary continuous feeding or pumping. With the tube cap in the case of low pressure, easy to disassemble and repair, high pressure in general do not need to tube cap. The tube cap comprises a convex tube cap, a cone shell, a reduced diameter section, a flat cap and a tightening mouth design.
The company mainly produces various types and wall thickness of the tube cap, elbow, tee, size head, elbow, flange and so on. Welcome to use the user's consultation!
