The pipe cap is usually used at one end of the installation process of the pipe.  

Stamping.  Suitable for mass production, pressing thick wall small diameter head, more casing cap die.  

Spinning.  Some super thin cap, especially in the chemical industry, for large and small batch, especially suitable for spinning.  Oval heads are ideal for spinning, while disc caps are rarely used and spherical heads are more difficult to press.  

Heating equipment.  Gas furnace, large factories mostly use gas furnace.  The heating is chamber type or reflection type heating furnace, should be as far as possible using fuel oil or gas heating, because it is characterized by clean combustion, high efficiency, easy temperature control, not easy to burn, not easy to decarbonize.  The heating furnace shall be equipped with temperature measuring device and temperature recorder.  

Tube cap press has single action, double action two kinds;  Also divided into hydraulic press, hydraulic press two.  

Single action is the stamping cylinder, no blank holder cylinder, small and medium-sized factories to use.  Large factories use double action, that is, there is a blank holder cylinder, a stamping cylinder.  

Hydraulic press transmission medium for water, cheap, fast action, not smooth, sealing requirements are not high, efficiency is lower than the hydraulic press, lax guidance requirements.  Transmission medium for oil hydraulic press, in an expensive oil than water, stable and has high requirement to the seal, to guide requirement is high, high demand for oil, oil filter no or reversing quickly, close the oil can make some action in the system impact, give pressure motor to be not smooth, so frequently and oil filter, oil change on time, thoroughly clean the oil tank, an oil change.
