This paper introduces the application and related knowledge of pipe cap in pipeline  

The pipe cap is mainly welded at the pipe end or installed on the outer thread of the pipe end to cover the pipe fittings, used to close the pipe, the same effect on the pipe plug.

Type of pipe cap: the form of blind plate is similar, except that the blind plate is removable plug, while the welded pipe cap is not removable.  The pipe cap includes convex pipe cap, cone shell, reducer section, flat cover and the design of tightening mouth.
