If the equipment housing is 100% tested, II passes.The splicing weld and the final weld are also qualified for II, and the welding joint coefficient is 1

Therefore, although the head splicing is 100% tested, the qualified level is not the same, which goes with the equipment shell.

But pay attention to the manufacturing process:

The correct approach is: blanking (marking) - small plate into large plate - forming - non - destructive testing

If it is not right to test before molding, it cannot guarantee the quality of products after molding.In other words, nondestructive testing means the final nondestructive testing.
